College
I started college about a week ago. I lost a pound even though I didn’t count calories and ate carby foods when I felt like it.
So I’m at my lowest weight since..2 year? 147.1 :) and this was after I went to the new buffet diner they opened..practically at 3 plates and 2 cakes.
I also plan on switching meal plans so that I won’t feel like I have to go out and spend my points. I got a fridge recently for my dorm so I’m definitely bringing HUMMUUSSS.
YAY! :) so thats my update.
PLUS: My friend went to Korea and lost 20 lbs (6 sizes lower from 12 to 6!!) She committed to go to the gym often and I plan on working out with her. She told me she lost a lot of weight through weight training. She did about 50 minutes of weight training and only 20 minutes of cardio. We decided to teach each other the things we know. She will teach me how to train with weights and I will teach her (more like encourage her) to run longer and faster. I’m so excited.
