Hello I am back! I tried keto for a good 2 weeks and I lost 5 lbs (mostly water weight) from 157 to 152 without exercising.
However, I miss my fruits and veggies and having the freedom of eating what ever is around (should eat in portion of course). This diet started becoming inconvenient and my mom wasn’t too happy about it either.
So I’m back to the bandwagon of just counting my calories and exercising 5-6 times a week. I will start Jillians 30 day shred when I get new 5 lb weights and start running more often when I get my new shoes :).
My plan is to lose as much weight possible over the summer and when I go back to school, start keto again depending on how fast my weight loss is.
Sorry for the long post! Time to start reblogging again :D
