gonna try the keto diet for a week

Goal before school starts

intake

  • 4 cups water every day
  • 2 cups of green tea every day
  • protein- chicken, egg white, brocolli
  • salads at restaurants
  • limit 1200 cal a day

exercise

  • run 2-3 miles 5 times a week
  • walk dog every day
  • 300-500 jump rope
  • 3 reps 15 squats
  • 30-60 sec plank
  • 10-20 pushups
  • 50-100 sit ups

Mini meal 5: meant to eat this earlier but oh well. I’ll still be up for a couple hours. Two packets of light tuna salad (200) and eight strips of celery (25ish).
Tuna still reminds me of cat food but I am begrudgingly learning to accept it as an easy source of protein.
